We are a partner of Sindbad - Social Business

Because social commitment is important to us.

Sindbad is a 1:1 mentoring program that connects educationally disadvantaged young people with students and companies. The association supports young people - regardless of their social background and opportunities - in their educational transition through the guidance of trained mentors.

This year, five motivated employees from Neuman Aluminium and PREFA have completed their training for the Sindbad mentoring program and are now starting to support students in the region in order to ensure greater equality of opportunity.

Sindbad is a win-win situation for both sides: The mentors expand their social skills with social leadership training and gain an insight into the lives of young people, while the mentees benefit from the experience, support and network of our employees.

The common goal is a successful start to an apprenticeship or secondary school for the young talents.
